SEPT 7th PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

According to Holly Mullins at the New Braunfels City Planning Department, Tim Marroquin, representing the "Stone Creek Development" is not on the Planning Commission Meeting Agenda for September 7th.

Check back for future updates.  The earliest that this can now be heard by the planning commission will be in October.  Notifications will be sent out to those with property 200 feet or less from the development and must be posted along FM1044.  But for now, enjoy your Labor Day Weekend!!!

  1. Please do not be lulled to sleep by this planning commission. I've had dealings with them before and they will tell you one thing and then something else happens. Make sure that they do not place the developer on the calendar without you knowing about it. This town is run by developers and the planning commission has their best interest in mind.

  2. The person who posted the comment about the widening of 1044 is absolutely correct. I had someone pass me in the passing lane across from Loma Verde going at least 65 miles an hour. It is a dangerous road and all the additional traffic with the proposed development would be a disaster. All the apartments will do is add more traffic and then the taxpayers will have to foot the bill for widening 1044. Can you imagine the impact that will have on the homeowners living next to 1044? The developer will be laughing all the way to the bank. I bet they don't live here!!
